Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our original artwork and limited-edition prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or if the item is no longer desired after purchase.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info.ygorz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photographs of the damage to the item and the packaging it arrived in.

We will evaluate the issue and, if a defect or damage is confirmed, we will provide a refund or a replacement at our discretion. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Because our products are unique works of art, we cannot accept returns for:

 Custom-made or personalized items.

 Original paintings.

 Limited edition prints.

 Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

Under European Union regulations, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. However, please note that this right does not apply to "custom-made" or "personalized" goods. Furthermore, for non-personalized artwork, we reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item is not returned in its original, perfect, and sellable condition. Because art is highly susceptible to damage during transit and handling, please ensure that any approved return is packaged with the same professional care used to send it to you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved by us, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info.ygorz@gmail.com.
